Patients fill out a one page patient history form that is scanned into AdvantaChart and that electronically populates the patients chart and now is ready to be seen by the rest of the staff.

Billing Summary Screen - The patient chart resembles a paper chart; tabs at the top divide the chart into sections of relevant information for an ob/gyn practice so you can quickly locate information in the chart. Within the summary screen, a provider can effortlessly identify date and results of pap smears, mammograms, encounters, and list of active medications.

Prescription History - Prescriptions commonly used are templated so that the provider can click on the template name and print to give to the patient or the front office staff can document that they phoned in a prescription for a patient.
