LNFCU's situation was a bit complicated. In 2013, we had created a new site for them, and in 2016 we had to cobble together a responsive version that stood by itself (due to third party integrations that were not responsive yet). In 2018, we finally were able to start The Process on a new, fully-responsive site.
When our client, Invensys Rail North America, was acquired by Siemens Rail, we were retained in order the re-brand Invensys over to the Siemens Global brand. This was a huge undertaking involving over 250 different product brochures, videos, digital assets, event signage & displays, and additional internal communications.
The first LNFCU mobile app was basically a port of their web-based internet banking platform. Various updates have been made over the years to make it a full-fledged mobile application. For the next iteration of the app, we updated the UI/UX to bring it more in line with LNFCU's other member touchpoints.
DGI Trading USA literally had no online presence. No website, very little social media marketing and no email marketing. Most sales were word-of-mouth (they did have 1 brochure that they would send out) and the fact that they have been an industry leader for many years. We were tasked to bring their brand online and launch their web presence in 2017.
